The 2000 US Census shows the delightful City
of Lake Oswego with a population of 35,278.
At year end of 2004 Lake Oswego and West Linn
areas in our Realtors Multiple Listing Service
reflected an annual appreciation of 14.8% and the
highest average sales price of $390,800.

re-energized the downtown area. Here

all state report card "exceptional"
ranked schools (Oregon Department of
